The thought of turning off my phone for even just a few hours was daunting, but an entire year?

Wasn’t even a thought.

Until I realized the need for reconnection with myself, my family, and my life. In this age of hyper-connectivity, no one would just volunteer to give up his phone for an entire year, but for me, the experiment went deeper than unplugging. It meant finding out if being constantly connected means we’re even connecting at all.
